BRUTTIUM. Kroton. Circa 530-500 BC. Stater (Silver, 28 mm, 7.40 g, 12 h). ϘPO Tripod with legs ending in lion's feet, and with three handles and snakes rising from the bowl. Rev. Same type as the obverse, but incuse and with no legend; rayed border. HN III 2075. SNG ANS 230. Beautifully toned. Minor old scratch in the right obverse field, otherwise, good very fine.
